Terms & Conditions

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Whilst all care is taken during the quotation process to give you the most accurate cost for work to be complete, sometimes there are issues that can not be assessed at the time that will require an extra charge. Example; broken hinges to be replaced, loose tiles to be fixed, drawer runners to be replaced, etc.

PAYMENT TERMS
- All work requires a 20% deposit upon acceptance the quote to secure a start date.
- The balance owing is to be paid on day of completion.
- Overdue invoices by 21 days+ automatically incur a 5% late payment administration fee.


PAYMENT METHODS
Cash or Direct Deposit.
Bank details are at the bottom of the quote / invoice attachment.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of deposits as outlined below;

Cancelled before 21 days = Full deposit refund
Cancelled between 21 - 14 days = 50% deposit refund
Cancelled 14 days or less = No refund
